OVERVIEW

Smartbox

The brief was to allow Smartbox to amalgamate their 3No. separate offices into one new campus building to meet their growing business needs and demands. Located in Joyce Hall off Talbot Street the fit-out has rejuvenated a once derelict building and breathed life into a previously neglected street environment.  Smartbox is a global leader in the production and design of gift boxes and vouchers for every occasion. The project involved the full fit-out of a five storey building, which sits over a shared basement that is accessed via a car lift. The entire building was fitted out for Smartbox, comprising of open plan offices with workstations, meeting rooms, breakout space, micro-kitchens and support services on the upper floors and hospitality and social facilities on the ground floor, comprising of Changing/shower facilities, games rooms, mother and baby rooms, well being rooms, full restaurant facilities and relaxation areas.  T&I carried out the works for Smartbox under a Design and Build Contract with their own assembled design team of experts.
