OVERVIEW
SISK HQ
The SISK HQ project involved the thoughtful retrofit of an existing CAT A office space, where our design team transformed the environment into a vibrant, modern workplace. Drawing inspiration from a ‘Gallery’ concept, we created a series of interconnected ‘rooms’ or neighbourhoods that flow seamlessly from one end of the office to the other. This spatial arrangement encourages both movement and interaction, fostering a dynamic yet cohesive work environment for the SISK team.
A key goal of the project was sustainability, and we are proud to have achieved LEED Gold certification for the fitout. In addition, we improved the building’s BER Rating to A2 and incorporatedsolar panels on the roof to further enhance energy efficiency.
At the heart of the office, the ground floor Wilton Café serves as a central hub for social interaction and relaxation, providing a welcoming space for both informal meetings and downtime. The ground floor also features a small gym, further enhancing the wellbeing of the staff.
The SISK HQ stands as a benchmark for sustainable, functional office design, combining thoughtful spatial planning with strong environmental credentials.
