OVERVIEW

MOLA is very proud to be associated with the new Qualtrics EMEA headquarters offices in Dublin City Centre. Located adjacent to the Stephens Green Shopping centre and within the existing Costello House and newly constructed Chatham Court the new offices provide state of the art facilities for c.500 staff. Key features include an XM Innovation Centre focused on AI which provides its customers and clients with bespoke and innovative marketing data. Aswell as providing nest in class workspace the design also includes a large canteen, gym, studio and a corner stone of its culture in its iconic Dermot’s bar, named after its Dublin founder Dermot Costello.

The 2No office buildings are connected via a central atrium which has been enhanced through the installation of a series of stairs, essential to enhance the flow and circulation throughout the 6 office floors. Black metal was the chosen material to reflect the industrial finishes of the project. The top floor overlooking South King Street features an experience centre for exploring the Qualtrics product range with existing and prospective clients. The centre piece is the lead space which includes tiered seating and a curved LED screen.

Unique to the building is the extra height that the first floor enjoys. This is the chosen location for ‘The Field’ which is Qualtrics TGIT (Thank God It’s Thursday) space. It also features a gym and yoga studio and is supported by shower facilities and changing rooms. Dermot’s Bar was relocated from its current location in the previous office and given a new lease of live. The additional of a snug and its very own shop front gives Dermot’s the presence it deserves in Qualtrics. It’s new location also enjoys an outdoor terrace which takes advantage of the evening light.
