Global Software and Services Company

The Client is a global software and services company serving higher education institutions in over 50 countries. They have offices in several key global locations and our brief was to create a new office in Dublin to attract and retain talent.

The concept was to create a sculptural central core which accommodates facilities such as meeting rooms, phone booths, focus rooms etc. The remainder of the open floor with its beautiful views of the treetops is given over to the open plan desking and break-out spaces. The prime location on the corner is home to the staff games room, while a large canteen and lounge is accommodated in the opposite corner of the plan. This was designed to be the social hub of the office and large enough for regular all-hands meetings.
