Elavon Bank

MOLA were appointed in August 2019 to design Elavon’s new Irish headquarters in Cherrywood Business Park. The five-storey fully glazed building offers panoramic views to the sea and the Dublin mountains. The intention was to consolidate the company’s disparate workforces and companies in a central hub, encouraging collaboration and cross-pollination across the business.

The office is designed to embrace the generous natural light and views by distributing workstations around the perimeter and locating more cellular offices, phone booths and focus rooms around the central core. Each floor has its own work café, giving a space for relaxation and refreshment, as well as informal meetings. The main staff café is located on the ground floor and doubles as an all-hands space. Finishes throughout are bright and fresh, creating a clean and welcoming aesthetic.
