Dropbox Phase 2

Fitout of the 6^th floor (over 30,000 sq/ft) of One Park Plaza on Hatch Street Dublin 2. This is to supplement their existing space on the 5^th floor. The building was fully occupied on all other floors, as works proceeded. In trying to encourage staff connectivity and social integration, a games room was formed inside a glass house, a gym and studio including changing rooms, a full music room allows employees show off their hidden talents! As well as open office space, micro kitchens and meeting rooms of various sizes were formed to comply with the client’s specification and thus meet their business needs. The project was a full fitout, including full demolition, full M&E installations and all associated architectural finishes.
