The application site forms a parcel of land, C. 6.37 Ha in size, south-east of Enniskerry Village.

The proposed development will comprise a residential scheme of 164 no. dwellings consisting of 106 no. 2 storey units through a mix of detached, semi-detached, and terraced housing, providing 3 and 4 bed units that range in size from 111 – 173.00 sqm. A further 60 no. Duplex units will provide 2 and 3 bed units.

The proposed residential development in Phase 1 comprises of 94 no. 2-storey units with a mix of detached, semi-detached, and terraced housing, providing 2, 3 and 4 bed units.

A crèche of 500 sqm also forms part of this application.
