MOLA really enjoyed working with this confidential International Technology Provider on the design and delivery of their new Dublin offices. Located within a challenging 1960’s building the design had to navigate the difficulties of very limited service zones whilst trying to create a ‘Home from Home’ workplace environment.

1200mm sit-stand desking allowed for plenty of additional staff space for alternative working. Based on the idea of the Big House the alternative work spaces included a pantry, a library, a ‘good’ room, living rooms, a kitchen, a winter garden, a study and a secret room…but don’t tell anyone!

The feel of the office is very relaxed and homely with a special emphasis given to the lighting design and the comfort and quality of furniture and materials.

The programme delivery allowed for the client to occupy the top 3 floors whilst the lower floors were future proofed and delivered as a CAT A spec for shorter term leases.
