The design takes advantage of the site’s panoramic views, creating a light-filled haven for staff. The front of the building facing the river houses a bustling social hub, kitchen, wellness space, and expansive terrace. Adjacent to this is a multi-functional meeting space, containing state-of-the-art audiovisual facilities and a fully flexible layout. The heart of the floor plan contains generous workstations, offices, and a wide variety of collaboration spaces. Layouts are open and flexible, encouraging interaction between employees.

Materials throughout have been selected for their classic appeal, with an emphasis on warm and tactile natural finishes to complement the Client’s impressive art collection and the lush planting. The overall ambience is welcoming with a sleek and professional edge.
