Cherrywood TC4
MOLA was asked by Hines Real Estate to design a further two phases of Residential Amenity Spaces for their high-profile Cherrywood Town Centre Development. These were to be located in the TC4 neighbourhood, following the successful completion of the TC2 Amenities in late 2021. The accommodation is spread over two separate buildings and multiple levels, and the brief was to provide residents with first-class facilities for working, wellness, and relaxation.
The entrance levels of both blocks provide bright, airy spaces for co-working, collaboration, and socializing, as well as a dedicated Parcel Collection zone. Upper floors offer flexible entertainment areas that can be sub-divided and booked out for private events. A full kitchen allows residents to host anything from dinner parties to large catered family events to cinema nights. The showstopper is a fully equipped penthouse Gym and Studio spanning between two blocks and offering breathtaking views of the sea to one side and the Dublin Mountains to the other. Finishes throughout are thoughtfully selected to be fresh and timeless, interspersed with abundant planting and specially commissioned artwork.
