Capital Dock – Residential Amenity Services

MOLA Architecture, working in collaboration with O’Mahony Pike Architects, were appointed by Kennedy Wilson to provide Interior Design services in the development of Capital Dock, prominently located at the head of the River Liffey, where the tidal waters of Dublin bay, the Grand Canal and the River Dodder converge. Capital Dock comprises over 65,000sqm of mixed use office, commercial, residential and retail space, dispersed over a number of building blocks, including one landmark 23 storey tower, with additional retail and culture facilities all centred around a new landscaped public square. The project was constructed as a single development and was completed in 2019.

MOLA were appointed to provide interior design services for all landlord areas to all blocks. MOLA providing interior design and architectural services for the residential receptions in The Keystone and The Hailing Station buildings, and the residents’ amenity areas located at first floor level of The Keystone building.

The brief for the receptions and residents’ amenity areas was to provide a range luxury facilities including:

  • Concierge entrance and reception areas
  • Lounge and Quiet Room
  • Chef’s Kitchen and Dining Room
  • Games Room
  • Cinema
  • Gym and changing facilities
  • Business Suite
  • Management company offices
