Cairn HQ Office Fitout

Cairn Homes new office is located in 45 Mespil Road. As Ireland’s largest home builder, the company has seen significant growth since being founded in 2014 and required a new home to cater for its expanding team. MOLA having worked with Cairn Homes on multiple residential projects were delighted to assist our valued client in creating their new headquarters.

The design process was collaborative, with excellent client engagement and involvement from concept stage through to completion and in the selection of finishes and furniture.

The office accommodation is split across 2 floors and includes multiple collaboration spaces, phone booths, meeting pods, flexible business lounge, meeting rooms and a café.

The café located on the 5th floor enjoys panoramic city views and has direct access to the generous perimeter terrace. The space is bright and airy and the finishes warm and energetic. This facility is flexible and operates as an informal meeting hub outside of peak hours. In contrast the 4th floor coffee lounge is more secluded, calm and comfortable with a dark rich interior.

The state-of-the-art boardroom benefits from impressive views across the city. It features a bespoke crafted fumed oak table, with slatted joinery walls and seamlessly integrated AV.

Planting is integrated throughout the design. Lush foliage is built into joinery, whilst planting to open plan areas offers protection to circulation routes.

The result is a dynamic, professional, and flexible office space. We look forward to seeing Cairn Homes growing and adapting to their new workplace environment.
