BNP Paribas

The new office for BNP Paribas brings together their three businesses into one office from multiple buildings across Dublin City. The large floor plate in the Termini Building offered the perfect opportunity to create a new office that fosters a collaborative culture across these businesses.

The Termini building faces Dublin Bay & offers spectacular panoramic views. Spaces such as collaborative work lounge are created by the 4T system divider within the open plan space capture views of Dublin Bay at either side of the floor plate. The reuse of 80% of the existing Cat A ceiling tiles avoided the ceiling finishes going to landfill which is a great environmental achievement. The design provides flexible workspaces, adaptable meeting rooms along with versatile spaces for collaboration in a more open environment.
