Focus Ireland does the treble and wins 3No. awards at the 2021 Fit-out Awards for:

  • Best Client 2021
  • Excellence in Sustainability- 2021
  • Excellence in Collaboration- 2021

The project generated 35% savings on embodied carbon through the reuse and recycling of building materials, furniture and fittings.   Every supplier, sub-contractor and designer pulled together and delivered materials, labour and design probono for this worthy cause.  MOLA Architecture is delighted to have played our part in this great team effort.

‘What a full circle moment! I met KMCS at an awards ceremony in 2018 and last night Focus IrelandKMCS and T&I Fitouts Ltd won 3 incredible awards at the Fit Out Awards! I am so proud to say that the High Street renovation project has won ‘Client of the Year’, ‘Excellence in Collaboration’ and ‘Excellence in Sustainably’! Due to covid restrictions we couldn’t be there on the night but myself, Pat DenniganAmy Carr, and Fiona Mullally watched online and cheered eveyone on! We are so proud to have won these awards and to recognise how this renovation project has changed how Focus Irelandworks and can help deliver great results for our customers. The project was an incredible achievement, all delivered pro bono and has meant we can redirect all the funds that would have been used to to move or renovate to front-line services. We had incredible partners in KMCS, Ethos Engineering,T&I Fitouts Ltd and MOLA Architecture and cannot say thank you enough for what you all have made possible. What we achieved was incredibly special and something I will always be so proud of! Nigel Spence Fiona Mullally Greg Hayden (MBA, Chartered Engineer) Ralph Bingham Paul Finnegan David Merriman and all your teams! Thank you for all you have done for Focus Ireland! ‘#thankyou #engineering #architecture #engineering#probono #csr
