Tandy’s Lane, Phase 2, is a Residential Development that MOLA have taken from planning stage to commencement on site for Quintain Developments Ireland Ltd.
The development, which falls within the Adamstown SDZ, consists initially of 193 no. units consisting of 2 and 3 storey houses, with a further 154 no. units to be completed in a future phase. Construction started in April 2023.
