MOLA win competition and appointed by Hammerson for Dublin Central Project.

In the midst of COVID lockdown we were invited and prepared a competition bid to win a portion of the large Dublin Central Development located between O’Connell Street, Moore Street, Henry Street and Parnell Street. Beating off stiff competition we are delighted to be working with ACME, Grafton and RKD Architects on this transformative project for the city centre.

“The design team vill be led by Acme Architects under Friedrich Ludewig. Acme was appointed in 2018 as lead architect and has brought forward a new masterplan for the project.

“New team members include Grafton Architects, which is led by Prizker proze-winning architects Yvonne Farell and Shelly McNamara.

“Also on the team is MOLA Architecture, led by Michael O’Carroll and Ralph Bingham, which won best interior design practice in 2015, 2016 and 2018. In recent years, MOLA has completed projects ar 1 Windmill Lane, Capital Dock and Hyatt Centric Dublin.

RKD is the third, and is an architectural agency, which has worked on commercial space including One Microsoft Place in Sandyford, Co. Dublin and mixed use developments such as Dublin Landings in Dublin 1 and the LinkedIn EMEA campus in Dublin 2.”
