MOLA is delighted to be associated with O’Mahony Pike Architects (OMP) and Kennedy Wilson on Capital Dock, which won the award for best ‘Residential Project of the Year- Large’ at the Irish Construction Awards 2019 on the 13th June and then won ‘Building of the Year- Office (Large) ’ at the Building and Architect of the Year Awards 2019 in the Mansion House on the 3rd October 2019.
While OMP were the primary architects for the development MOLA were lucky enough to work on the internal fit-out of the residential amenity areas and landlord fit-out of the 3No. offices. The residential amenity area comprised the main residential reception areas, gym, cinema, games room, changing areas, lounges, kitchen, business centre and marketing suite. In the offices we designed all the foyers, lift lobbies, toilets and welfare spaces.
