MOLA Architecture wins competition for new STEAM Building at Gonzaga College

Gonzaga College SJ is planning a highly innovative addition to its campus in Ranelagh, a STEAM Building. The building which seeks to respond to rapidly evolving trends in teaching and the different learning styles of students. It will bring together the teaching of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths subjects with the provision Creative Arts facilities to stimulate inter-disciplinary thinking and encourage a collaborative response to problem solving. MOLA is delighted to have submitted the competition winning proposal to deliver this state-of-the-art facility and looks forward to working with Gonzaga College to create an environment which will foster this form of collaboration and inspire intellectual growth.

Our dedication to sustainable design ensures the new STEAM building will not only be visually engaging but also environmentally responsible. With advanced energy-efficient systems, a building fabric low in embodied carbon and a harmonious integration with nature, the new building will exemplify our commitment to creating sustainable places. The project is programmed to be delivered on site by late 2025.
