MOLA Architecture is delighted to announce the appointment of Brian McCarthy and Sebastien El Haik as Associate Directors. This is a new role within the office and gives Brian and Sebastien specific responsibility, respectively, for the overview of technical and operational aspects of the office. Over the past 6 years as Associates both have demonstrated their commitment to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of MOLA systems and procedures. In recognition of this, and for the evolution of the office, we are delighted to acknowledge this commitment with their promotion and look forward to working with them as Associates Directors of MOLA.

Brian brings his 30 years of technical experience to the MOLA Management Team and will now overview all technical and quality co-ordination and standards within the office. As an Associate Director he will be responsible for improving the overall quality and efficiency of our post-planning information production and delivery of our services on site. Integral to this is striving for efficiencies at post-planning stage, improving the implementation of BIM, and other digital information formats in the preparation of tender and construction packages. Having worked with Brian for nearly 25 years we are delighted to have Brian’s wealth of knowledge, loyalty, experience and thoughtful consideration available as part of our senior management team.

Sebastien’s elevation to Associate Director in MOLA is in recognition of not only his commitment to high quality architecture and residential design but also of his dedication to the operational management of the office. As an Associate Director Sebastien will have responsibility for improving the quality and efficiency of our office systems, and delivery of our services. Integral to this is the optimisation of ICT systems, improving the implementation of BIM, and other digital information formats in the preparation of information at all stages. We are delighted to have Sebastien as part of the senior management team and we look forward to his ongoing contribution to the life of the office.
