MOLA Architecture is delighted to announce the appointment of three new Associates to join our Management Team. Congratulations to Gosia Meder Baumann, Ela Walkowiak and Ben Thomas.

MOLA Architecture is delighted to announce the appointment of three new Associates in recognition of their outstanding contribution to the success and growth of the practice. The Associates are Gosia Meder Baumann, Ela Walkowiak and Ben Thomas. We look forward to our new Associates playing a greater involvement in the management and strategic development of the company, playing key roles in determining its future direction.

Gosia Meder Baumann- Dip. Ing. Arch. MRIAI
Architect
Gosia has shown great commitment and a strong design dynamic since joining MOLA in 2016. She brings a wealth of experience and skills in the residential, hospitality and education sectors and we look forward to her contributions as an Associate. Gosia has been involved in the following projects: the award winning Maldron Hotel and Residential Development Booterstown, the STEAM building at Gonzaga College SJ, Cherrywood Town Centre (Hines), Northwood Avenue and Donabate Residential developments, the Ennis 2040 projects at Abbey Riverside and Francis Street. We look forward to Gosia’s enthusiasm and energy in contributing to the MOLA Management Team.

Ela Walkowiak- BA Interior Design
Interior Designer
Ela joined MOLA in 2015 and has worked on numerous award-winning fit-out projects over the intervening period, playing a key role in MOLA’s Interior Design Team’s growth and its recognition now as market leaders in Ireland and overseas. Ela is an intrinsically talented and passionate designer, presenting a unique perspective so evident in the variety and beauty of her work. Ela has led the following projects: Pinterest HQ Dublin, Smartbox, and the Google offices at Tertium, Quattro and Rynek in Krakow. She has also contributed to award winning projects for Stripe and Zendesk, at Google Dockmill and at 1 Windmill Lane. Ela will hugely benefit the Associate Team with this undeniable talent and passion for design.

Ben Thomas- BA (Hons) B.Arch., ARB, RIBA, RIAI
Architect
Ben joined MOLA in 2016 having worked in the UK with Michael Hopkins Architects and with Terry Farrell Architects in Hong Kong. Ben always brings a meticulous design focus and ability to all his projects, which is carried through assiduously to the technical detailing and execution on site. His award-winning work exemplify this approach, such as and Canopy and Biophilic Gardens, and Meeting Pods projects at Cherrywood and in 10-12 Hanover Quay (Voted Best Building in the 2022 RIAI Awards). Ben’s unique perspective and distinctive approach to design adds to the diversity and appeal of the culture at MOLA and we look forward to his contributions as an Associate.
