We are delighted to share that our project Merrion Road Residential Development has been commended for the Living-Housing Category at the prestigious Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) Awards 2023.
The Merrion Road Development replaces the Tara Towers Hotel and features an 8-storey hotel pavilion facing Dublin Bay, while the residential block meanders around it, stepping from 6 to 4 storeys. A terrace of 5 townhouses with a smaller apartment building and landscaped gardens complete the Development on the former car park site. The development provides a high-quality architectural design that is responsive to its context, while positively contributing to the city’s urban fabric.
