MOLA is thrilled to collaborate with the LDA on a landmark residential development in Limerick’s Docklands. This exciting project will transform a fantastic site at the junction of Dock Road and O’Curry Street, on land transferred from Gas Networks Ireland, with plans to rejuvenate the docks area by delivering 290 new homes, including a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom social and affordable apartments across three blocks; beautifully landscaped gardens, vibrant green spaces, retail units, and the preservation of historic features such as the freestanding limestone wall. Public consultation will start in 2025 to gather valuable ideas and feedback from the local community, with planning application to follow soon after.
