Graydon, Newcastle – Residential Development

Graydon is the latest Residential Development that MOLA have taken from Master planning stage, through a SHD submission to Construction and completion for Cairn PLC.

Located in the historic village of Newcastle South West Dublin, the development of 377 Residential units provides a mix of two, three and four bedroom family homes.

The homes are a combination of 2 storey detached, semi-detached and terraced houses, 3 storey Duplex units and a 4 storey apartment block.

Construction started in January 2020 and the scheme will be fully completed by December 2022.
