Great news – 10-12 Hanover Quay has won the RIAI Public Choice Award 2022 – the building is an excellent example of how historic fabric can be retained and re-used in a sensitive and imaginative way, forming part of a contemporary project, while contributing to the sense of place and the industrial aesthetic of the Docklands. Kennedy Wilson have created an alternative, distinctive type of office space in a central, docklands location, which has great waterfront views, a choice of entrances, and a variety of types of space including a roof terrace, large open plan areas within the warehouse, and more compact floor plates within the new glass box.
