Award-winning design practice MOLA Architecture is currently seeking a talented registered Architect, with a minimum of 5+ years experience with RIAI or similar Part 3 accreditation, to assist the leadership team in the delivery of a suite of projects in the Hospitality, Leisure and Education sectors.  Knowledge of working with public sector and GCCC contracts would be expected. The candidate would work closely with an experienced Associate Director in MOLA and would be expected to take on board some of their administration and contractual duties.

Requirements would include:

  • Good design and detailing skills.
  • Strong graphic skills with proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of site stage and government forms of contract.
  • Ability to carry out some contract administration (under the guidance of an Associate Director)
  • Proficiency in CAD- Training can be provided for Revit projects as required.
  • Good administrative and management skills
  • Strong design, communication and presentation skills.

Salary:
Depending on the level of candidates experience- €55,000.00 to €58,000.00

In MOLA we use Autocad and Revit software packages for the majority of our projects. It is our aim to transition fully to Revit over the next few years.  Experience using Revit software is advantageous, but training can also be provided through our CPD programme.  We work in a very open and collaborative environment and pride our-selves on making experienced staff available to mentor younger staff.  CPD is provided through TEA parties (inhouse presentations), training, lunchtime talks, site visits and office trips.
